Absolutely brilliant service. We had a puncture, needed a new tyre and were just starting a long journey. They got the tyre, fitted it and we were soon on our way.

We had amazing service from this company when we had a puncture on the autoroute. The recovery driver was friendly, reassuring and efficient. The driver even went back to find the bank card I had dropped when he did another nearby recovery. The mechanic at the garage was efficient and helpful as was the lady on reception. Totally excellent service at a quite stressful time!

The mechanics are friendly. Except for one guy working in the reception. I was not allowed to wait in the reception. Sending me out to sit down in the waiting area, where with no proper ventilation and warm. That person neither looks like friendly. For a customer like us, having droves 1000 kilometers and having car problems. It's not a person that you want to encounter.
